​No show policy

• ​A "NO SHOW" act will cost the participant to be on the least priority list of our upcoming events. Kindly let us know at least 3days before the event if you won't be able to attend, so we can give your slots to others who want to join too. 

​​​Event Admission

• ​Strictly no walk-ins. This event is FREE but only registered and confirmed participants whose ID matches with names on our list of attendees can be accommodated. Slots are also non-transferrable.

• ​Event check-in will start at 7:00AM. Please arrive on time as we will be closing it by 8:00 AM.

• ​So as not to have difficulty being allowed into the venue, please do not wear shorts and slippers. 

• ​NO SHOW POLICY. A "NO SHOW" act will cost the participant to be in the least priority list of PSITE DFCAMCLP upcoming events. 

• ​Let us also know ASAP if you won't be able to attend the event, so we can give your slots to others who want to join too. 

​Other reminders

• ​Bringing a laptop is optional. However, to participate in our workshop and get a hands on experience, laptop would be necessary. Bringing an extension cord is also optional.

• ​We encourage collaboration amongst our participants so do your best to meet new friends.

• ​Bring a jacket because it might be cold on the venue. 

• ​Be careful of your belongings, PSITE DFCAMCLP will not be held liable for missing possessions. Keep your bags, laptops, and other personal items near you at all times. 

• ​If you have any questions during the event, feel free to approach any organizer. We will try our best to help you out.
