Who actually drives change inside organizations – and what happens when a crucial role is missing? Drawing on the promoter model from innovation research and hands-on experience from CIRCULAR REPUBLIC's Circularity Catalyst program, this talk unpacks the four roles (power, expertise, process, and relationship promoters) that make real circular economy transformation possible inside companies.
After a short keynote on the model, participants work in small groups on three realistic cases of stalled CE initiatives, diagnosing which promoter role is missing – and what a first effective intervention would look like. The session closes with space for questions and discussion.
