Shared Table 01
We eat every day. What does it mean to eat and live well?
Introducing Shared Table — a series of intimate, informal evenings centred around food, what we value, and the people shaping our food landscape.
We’re opening Session 01 at Bricolage, a cafe dedicated to responsible dining: creative whole-ingredient meals made from scratch, thoughtful use of surplus ingredients, and meaningful collaborations.
Tucked inside The Arts House Annexe as part of a two-year residency, Bricolage is a collective space that invites curiosity and conversation about how we eat, and the stories behind what we eat
On Thursday, 4 June, gather with us after work for a relaxed meal and sharing by the chefs of Bricolage.
Chat with the chefs about their personal journeys, collective practice, and food philosophy — one that embraces uncertainty and creativity in working with seasonal and regional ingredients, often rescued from farms and suppliers just days before the meal.
The evening’s menu is shaped by these conversations and ingredients.
The chefs will also share a simple food preservation technique. Bring a clean jar to take a taster portion home.
See you at the table.
We close when the table is filled.
