Stop Digging, Start Deciding: Getting Your Business AI-Ready Workshop

You have started using AI. Now you want it to pull real weight at work. This hands-on workshop gives you the thinking to get there.

What's covered

  • A mental model for AI: a ladder of systems, from a simple chatbot up to systems that improve themselves.

  • How to connect AI to the business tools you already use: what MCP servers are, the common types, and how authentication works.

  • What to watch for when you wire those connections up, so they stay secure.

  • A live demo: connecting HubSpot to Claude and analyzing the result.

What to expect

About 30 minutes to build the mental model together, followed by a live demo and an open AMA. You leave with the slides, a one-pager, and links for further learning.

Who it's for

Anyone who has started using AI and wants to move from one-off experiments to workflows they can rely on. Founders, operators, analysts, and corporate professionals all welcome.

📅 Date & Time: Wednesday, August 5 | 5-7pm PST

MEET THE SPEAKER - JARON SANDER

Jaron Sander studied computer engineering at UBC and has spent the last five years building with AI systems, now as the founder of Inform Growth. His background is in revenue operations infrastructure: the systems that let sales, marketing, ops, customer support, and finance work together instead of in silos. The work is not about buying more tools. It is about connecting the ones you already have, with a record of what happened and controls that keep it safe. Jaron helps operators turn one-off AI experiments into governed systems they own and can rely on. He brings that same lens to this workshop: less hype, more decisions you can act on.
