​This event is organized by OpenAI Codex Ambassadors. This is a community-driven initiative supported by OpenAI.

​Just a few quick reminders to help the day run smoothly:

​1) Approval is on an individual basis

• ​Because space is limited, we'll only be able to admit approved participants.

​2) Arrival timing

• ​Doors open at 10:00 AM, and we'll begin at 11:00 AM sharp.

• ​To keep things fair for everyone, check-in closes at 10:50 AM, and we won't be able to admit late arrivals.

​3) In-person event

• ​This is an in-person-only event.

• ​If your plans change or you can't arrive by 11 AM, we'd really appreciate you cancelling your spot so someone on the waitlist can join.

• ​We do keep track of no-shows to help us plan future community events fairly.
