Hosted through our Venture Hub, Collision Labs are hands-on events that gather industry partners, tech startups, and venture investors intersecting technologies and market verticals.

For Startup Week, Collision Labs focuses on Built World Tech opportunities across construction, energy, and industrial automation. You'll rotate through different project spaces featuring technology demos, share industry challenges, find collaborators, and advance venture pilots.

Construction Innovation Centre (CIC)

The CIC bridges the gap between industry needs and innovative practices by supporting initiatives that translate applied research into real-world impact, enabling organizations to adopt and scale emerging technologies. Prairies Proptech

Prairies Proptech is a think tank, advocacy group, and champion for tech adoption in the construction and real estate ecosystem. Engaged with a diverse network of changemakers in the region capable of removing barriers to innovation adoption. Through surveys, roundtables, and quarterly events, they are a platform for leaders in the ecosystem to connect with like minded individuals and effect positive change.

Smart Sustainable Resilient Infrastructure Association (SSRIA)

SSRIA is a not-for-profit member organization that convenes diverse leaders. It fosters collaboration and action to accelerate the adoption of innovative low-carbon solutions for the built environment. An industry-led approach is taken to achieve maximum environmental benefit while developing economic opportunities and showcasing the building industry’s leadership. SSRIA is distinctly focused on the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry and all those who serve this industry, including educational institutions, suppliers, manufacturers, and other associations.
