AI.WOMEN Circle – Berlin Edition 🩷
​After three successful AI.WOMEN Circle editions in Hamburg, we are excited to bring the format to Berlin for the first time — creating a space for women to get to know each other better, to truly help one another better. For women working with AI, exploring AI use cases, leading AI projects, or simply starting their journey into the field.
​The AI.WOMEN Circle is not a traditional after-work networking event. There are no keynotes, no presentations, and no long panels. Instead, the evening is designed around structured networking, peer exchange, and meaningful small-group conversations.
​Together with Oracle as co-host, we invite women from Berlin’s AI, tech, business, startup, corporate, and innovation ecosystem to connect, share experiences, discuss practical AI topics, and build relevant professional relationships.
​Whether you are already working with AI, responsible for AI initiatives in your organization, exploring first use cases, or simply curious about where AI is heading, this evening is designed to help you meet others who are asking similar questions, facing similar challenges, or working on complementary ideas.
​What to expect
​Expect an evening built around meaningful conversations, new connections, and practical exchange.
​Instead of sitting through long presentations, you will meet other women from the AI, tech, business, startup, and innovation ecosystem in a structured but personal setting. The format is designed to make it easy to start conversations, share experiences, discuss current AI topics, and connect with people you might not otherwise meet.
​Whether you are working on AI projects, exploring first use cases, building in the field, or simply curious about where AI is heading, the evening offers space to exchange perspectives, ask questions, and grow your network.
​The goal is simple: fewer one-way presentations, more real conversations to getting to know each other better, to be able to help one another.
​Who should join
​This event is for women who:
​work with AI, data, technology, innovation, business, or digital transformation,
​are exploring AI use cases in their company or role,
​are responsible for AI-related projects or initiatives,
​are building, investing in, or supporting AI startups,
​want to connect with other women in the AI and tech ecosystem,
​or are at the beginning of their AI journey and want to exchange with others.
​No deep technical background is required.

​18:00–18:30 | Arrival & Check-in
Arrival, name badges, networking assignments, and first informal conversations.
​18:30–18:40 | Welcome
Short welcome by AI.WOMEN / AI.GROUP, Oracle, and further co-hosts.
​18:40–20:30 | Structured Networking Tables
Three rotating networking rounds in small groups, focused on introductions, AI topics, professional experiences, questions, and peer exchange.
​20:30–21:00 | Informal Networking
Open networking and time to continue individual conversations.
​Registration
​Spaces are limited to ensure a personal and conversational atmosphere. Registrations are subject to approval by the organizers. Once capacity is reached, additional registrations will be moved to a waitlist.
