​Daniel Wilcox, Counsel at Morse Law, will be at Onward HQ for a complimentary office hours sessions with founders.

​Daniel works with startups, emerging growth companies, venture investors, and venture studios on financings, M&A, and strategic transactions. Before joining Morse, he served as Senior Counsel for M&A and Corporate Venture Capital at Tyson Foods and previously practiced at Cooley and Mintz.
