HyperHive Tech Session #2 : Agentic Development Workshop
AI agents are changing how software is designed, built, and used. But adding an agent to an existing workflow isn’t enough. The real challenge is designing systems where humans and agents can collaborate effectively—each with clear roles, useful context, and the right level of control.
In this hands-on session, we’ll explore how engineers can approach agentic development from a systems-design perspective. We’ll look at how to structure human-agent interactions, design tools and workflows for agents, manage context, and build feedback loops that make agent behaviour more reliable and useful.
Rather than focusing only on theory or prompting techniques, the workshop will centre on practical design decisions, engineering trade-offs, and patterns you can apply while building agent-powered products and internal tools.
Participants will work through ideas and exercises designed to help them think beyond standalone AI features—and start building systems in which humans and agents can work together effectively.
