I have spent months speaking to HR leaders across Delhi NCR -not pitching anything, just listening. Same things keep coming up. Managers not equipped. Employees not heard. Talented people leaving for reasons that were absolutely preventable.
I am building something called Remi, started as a reflection tool for employees but honestly we think we are just scratching the surface. There are so many more problems inside organisations where AI can genuinely help and we have not figured them all out yet.
So, I am bringing together a small, curated group of HR leaders for a conversation,to sit in a room with people who have actually lived it
No presentations. No selling. Just an honest conversation about where the real gaps are.
