Micro-Dose Yin Yoga + Sound Bath

​​​​Tala’s Garden invites you to welcome the blossoming of spring in community through gentle movement, sound healing, and intention setting.

​​​​​​Loraine will guide us through a yin yoga sequence into meditation with a reiki infused sound-bath led by Amanda. To close the space we will journal our reflections from the evening's mushroom micro-dose journey.

​​​Small bites and tea will be included towards the end of the evening as a form of grounding nourishment.

​​​​​This evening is in collaboration with Forest Floor who will be gifting guests chocolates infused with psilocybin mushrooms that will be taken at the start of the event. Participation is optional for guests who would like to experience micro-dose mushroom journey.

​​​Forest Floor bars will also be available for purchase, limited quantity available!

​​​How to Prepare:

• ​​​Comfy + Cozy attire

• ​​​Yoga Mat

• ​​​Yoga Blocks (only if you have them!)

• ​​​Optional: pillows, blankets, or any other cozy props you want for your inward journey

​***Please let us know ahead of time if you do not have a yoga mat! We have a limited amount of extra mats available.
