​This Friday, we’re bringing together two powerful expressions of movement and connection for one unforgettable night at Flow Life Sanctuary.

​Inside, Elevate returns with deep, global grooves, embodied movement, and a special fundraiser edition supporting Dance The Change.

​Outside, our Fire Flow Jam lights up the side lot — a space for the flow arts community to gather, practice, and ignite.

​🌿 INSIDE THE SANCTUARY • ELEVATE

​A conscious nightlife experience rooted in music, movement, and connection.

​This week features a special set by Boogiemeister, founder of Dance The Change, bringing global house, bass, and genre-blending rhythms from his travels around the world.

​A portion of proceeds will go toward supporting youth music and dance programs in underserved communities.

​Schedule:

• ​8:00 – 9:00 PM → Yoga Journey

• ​9:00 – 10:30 PM → Special Guest DJ

• ​10:30 PM – 1:00 AM → Boogiemeister

​A donation-based gathering for the flow arts community.

​Whether you’re spinning for the first time or deep in your practice, this is a space to connect, learn, and share the fire together.

​Schedule:

• ​7:00 – 8:00 PM → Guided Flow Jam

• ​8:00 – 8:15 PM → Fire Safety Training (required before spinning)

• ​8:15 – 10:00 PM → Fire Jam
