FtC Fellowship El Salvador: Information Session
Something new is coming to El Salvador this October.
Funding the Commons is bringing a six day Fellowship to San Salvador, built for just four founders working on payments, identity, coordination, public services and AI.
You'd spend a day at Centro de Gobierno with people who can authorize a pilot, do field work at El Zonte where financial technology reached people the banks had skipped, and close the week allocating a grant pot with the other three. Binding, and paid.
Applications close on September 14. Before we pick the cohort, Nelson Lopez, Head of Incubation and curator of the Fellowship, is running a short session & AMA on why El Salvador is such an interesting place for this work, who the Fellowship is built for, how selection runs, and what makes a strong application. Then he takes your questions.
