Charting Your Climate Career: Conversations with Women Driving Change - Expert Panel & Networking Reception

​In celebration of DC Climate Week, we’re bringing together some of the most dynamic and inspiring women working across the public, private, and nonprofit climate sectors in the DMV. These leaders will share their professional journeys and highlight how their work is driving solutions and creating meaningful impact.

​The event will open with a panel discussion featuring women tackling different dimensions of the climate challenge. They’ll reflect on how they built their careers, discuss the opportunities and obstacles within their sectors, and offer a forward-looking view of what climate careers may look like in the years ahead.

​Following the panel, attendees will participate in a structured networking reception designed to help early‑career professionals and recent graduates strengthen their networking skills and build new connections.

​Participants will leave with a broad understanding of the diverse career possibilities in climate and a reminder that career paths are rarely linear. They’re shaped by choices, challenges, and unexpected opportunities along the way.
