Beginner Embroidery & Tea
Join us for a Sunday morning embroidery and tea date! We will meet, chat and embroider. This is a BYO clothing item event. Bring that t-shirt, dress or pant that's just missing that cute custom feel and we'll provide the rest, including: thread, needles, thimbles, embroidery hoops, and cute fruit design stencils!
Stephanie Medlock, sewing hobbyist, will walk us through the basics on how to get started - prepping our thread, hooping our chosen design, and basic stitches. We will sip our warm beverages, chat and spend a slow morning away from our phone making a handmade custom fruit embroidery.
No prior sewing/embroidery experience needed. Designed for beginners, hobbyists and perfect for anyone who is looking to explore a new medium in a fun and creative environment. If you have been meaning to slow down and delight yourself in the act of making, this is for you!
