About Event

What does it mean to make AI adoption practical, beyond demos and isolated experiments?

In this meetup hosted by ERNI, we’ll open our Barcelona office to explore two practical ways to make AI useful in day-to-day knowledge work.

From source-grounded enterprise knowledge with #GeminiNotebook to building a structured second brain with #LLMWiki, we’ll explore how teams can turn scattered information into reliable, actionable context.

Two talks, two perspectives… and one shared goal: understanding how to use AI to work better with the knowledge we already have.

🎤 Talks

💡 Unlocking Gemini Notebook: transforming organizational knowledge into grounded, actionable intelligence. By George Tat, Software developer at ERNI.

George will introduce Gemini Notebook as a source-grounded AI workspace designed to analyze, synthesize and transform internal enterprise knowledge with data traceability.

Enterprise teams often deal with fragmented documentation, complex manuals and AI chatbots that can hallucinate information. Finding trusted, auditable answers across scattered internal sources can take hours and create operational risks.

In this session, we’ll see how to convert technical PDFs, spreadsheets, web URLs and code into a unified, interactive knowledge hub. We’ll also explore practical capabilities such as automated audio overviews, isolated data analytics, enterprise security and power-user prompting.

🧠 Stop Drowning in Information: Build Your Second Brain with LLM Wiki. By Javier Hernández, IT & Innovation Officer at ERNI.

Knowledge workers face a constant stream of information, making it difficult to capture, organize and retrieve what really matters. As a result, valuable knowledge is often forgotten, duplicated or lost across tools and folders.

Javi will explain what an LLM Wiki is and how to build one using Obsidian and an LLM. We’ll explore practical use cases such as meeting notes, project documentation, technical knowledge and customer information.

The result is a living knowledge system that AI agents can search, understand and continuously use as reliable context, instead of leaving your notes buried in forgotten folders.
