โEvent Description
โThe Supreme Court of India has recently released the Draft Regulations for Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Courts, 2026 and invited comments from stakeholders until 20 June 2026.
โTo facilitate an informed discussion on the draft framework, ILTN is convening this virtual session with Mohit Mokal, Founder of Mohit Mokal Mediation (AskMM), to unpack the key provisions of the regulations, discuss their practical implications, identify areas that may require further clarification, and explore how India can approach the governance of AI in courts.
โThe discussion will also serve as an opportunity for participants to share their perspectives and recommendations ahead of the Supreme Court's consultation deadline. Insights from the session will help inform ILTN's comments and engagement on the draft regulations.
