ENABLE Canada Summit 2027
ENABLE Canada Summit 2027
From Campus to Career
Toronto | February 12, 2027
Organised by ENABLE Canada
Supported by International Business University (IBU)
The ENABLE Canada Tour 2027 will begin in Toronto with this flagship summit, bringing together students, academic institutions, employers, nonprofits and community partners to address the barriers students with disabilities face—from entering education to building meaningful careers.
Access to education is only the beginning. Students also need opportunities to participate fully in campus life, develop skills, gain work experience and move into employment with the right support.
The summit will centre student voices and lived experience, creating space for honest discussion, shared learning and practical commitments from institutions and employers.
What we will explore
Accessible education: Inclusive teaching, learning environments and accommodations.
Campus participation and belonging: Student support, wellbeing and access to campus opportunities.
Career readiness: Skills development, mentorship, placements and work-integrated learning.
Inclusive employment: Accessible recruitment and stronger connections between education and the workplace.
Who should attend
We invite universities and colleges, student associations, accessibility and career services teams, educators, employers, nonprofits, disability organisations, policymakers and other stakeholders committed to improving outcomes for students with disabilities.
Students and recent graduates with disabilities are especially encouraged to participate and help shape the conversation.
Join us as we launch the ENABLE Canada Tour 2027 and work together to build more accessible pathways from campus to career.
Venue, timing, programme and accessibility arrangements will be announced.
