You will learn how to set up and use an AI assistant to support real workflows in your own work or daily life.
Across the two sessions, you’ll move from understanding the basics, to building an actual workflow assistant that you can continue building on after the workshop.

Day 1 22 June 5pm - 11pm:
Learn the practical building blocks behind an AI workflow assistant (skills, MCPs, APIs, files, and tool connections). We’ll walk through what each of these does, why they matter, and how they work together to make an assistant useful beyond simple prompting.
Guided setup: configuring skills, connecting tools and services, working with Markdown files as lightweight knowledge and memory sources, and exploring simple connectors such as Notion, MCP-based tools, and APIs like Cloudflare for lightweight hosting workflows. The goal is not deep engineering, but giving participants enough hands-on understanding to start assembling useful workflows confidently.
By the end of Day 1, you will have started setting up and building your own assistant around a practical use case relevant to your work.
2 Weeks:
After Day 1, you will receive 2 weeks of free access to our Envoy AI agents so you can test out your assistant in real situations, experiment with different workflows, and better understand what is actually useful (to you) in practice.
Day 2 6 July 5pm - 930pm:
AAR session focused on their 2 weeks of experience. We will review what worked, what didn’t, and where the friction points were, and we’ll help you further optimize, configure, and personalize your assistant based on real usage.

By the end of the workshop, you will leave with:
