Agents are shipping code, yet humans still own the consequences. Learn from Engineering leaders across industries on what happens when agents operate in production and the stakes include real customers, sensitive data, and systems you can’t afford to break.

Join Enrich, Optimal AI and Okta for dinner, drinks, and a candid conversation about what it takes to put agents to work and trust its results.

We’ll dig into the decisions teams face once agents move beyond experimentation: where autonomy earns its place, where human oversight remains essential, and which pitfalls only become visible in production.

With leaders spanning fintech, robotics, security and SaaS the conversation will explore:

• What breaks after deployment: Unexpected failure modes, integration challenges, and the hidden work of keeping agents reliable.

• How much control to give up: Permissions, guardrails, human approvals, and knowing when to intervene.

• What changes in regulated industries: Balancing speed with security, auditability, and accountability.

• The new engineering playbook: How teams rethink code review, ownership, and productivity when agents become contributors.

Our Speakers:

• Iba Masood, Co-founder & CEO of Optimal AI [Moderator]

• Kinnar Vora, VP of AI, Forward Financing

• Rebecca Yang, Senior Director of Engineering, HubSpot

• Jaehyun Yeom, Principal Software Engineer, Bear Robotics

• Mitch Mikusek II, Software Engineering Manager, Verkada

After the panel, we’ll carry the conversation into dinner and mingling, with discussion prompts to help you trade production lessons, compare approaches, and unpack the challenges you’re facing with fellow engineering leaders.
