About Event

Note to get in the building - if there's not someone there to greet you - use the call box to the left of the door. Use the search box to find "3" - you'll see one entry. Press the call box and the door will unlock. Take the elevator to the third floor.

In this discussion, we will explore several key questions around leadership and building resilient, inclusive teams. We will also consider how talent development can thrive in high-pressure environments and the role inclusivity plays in building stronger, more adaptable teams. Additionally, we will explore how leadership practices can be adapted for both short-term solutions and long-term resilience. Finally, we will look at innovative strategies that have successfully helped organizations overcome challenges and discuss how fostering collaboration and co-leadership can enhance transitions.

Discussion Questions

  • How can leaders effectively balance managing challenges with the wellbeing of their teams?

  • What leadership qualities are most critical for navigating transitions during uncertain times?
