Women's Circle: Embodiment & Ease in Entrepreneurship
🌸 Women’s Circle: Embodiment & Ease in Entrepreneurship
📅 Wednesday, December 3
🕕 6:00 – 8:30 PM
📍 Hearth Cowork & Cowellness, 5720 75 Street NW, Edmonton
✨ About the Event
As women in entrepreneurship, we carry so much — the pressure to produce, the weight of visibility, the endless mental load of ideas, deadlines, pivots, and self-expectation. It’s no surprise that so many of us build our businesses from our heads instead of our bodies.
This month’s circle invites you to soften into embodiment and ease — a different way of leading, creating, and making decisions in your business: one rooted in intuition, presence, and inner alignment rather than hustle or overthinking.
Together, we’ll explore what it looks like to build from a place of grounded confidence, creativity, and self-trust — and how returning to your body can help you show up more clearly in your work, your message, and your leadership.
Through guided grounding, reflective conversation, and journaling, you’ll reconnect with the internal wisdom that makes entrepreneurship sustainable, powerful, and deeply your own.

👤 About Your Host — Ally Lilly
Ally is the founder of Allyway, a digital content marketing business built for makers, misfits, and message-holders who want to show up online without selling their soul in the process. She cut her teeth in the arts nonprofit world, where scrappiness wasn’t a tagline — it was survival. That experience taught her how to think creatively, stretch resources, and speak to real humans, not just algorithms.
Today, she brings that same grounded, human-first approach to her clients through full-stack website development, email marketing, and social media. At her core, Ally’s mission is simple: help entrepreneurs show up online with confidence, clarity, and a presence that feels unmistakably their own.
When she’s not supporting clients, she’s thrifting vintage treasures, hanging out with her pups, or attending arts events around the city.
