Join Choreographer and Wellness Movement specialist Laura Shapiro for a free, gentle movement practice designed to restore energy, improve balance, and bring calm to body and mind. Chi Kung (also known as Qi Gong) blends breath, posture, and mindful motion — a powerful tool for wellness in stressful times.
Class will start promptly at 6 PM, please arrive 15 minutes early.
