​This Save the Barrio stop is at Bar Señora Banh Mi. Once a traditional neighbourhood bar, it’s now run by Keo — a Chicago-raised local with Vietnamese roots who took over at the start of the year.

​He’s kept the soul of the old bar alive while adding his own touch: the most delicious, homemade bánh mì alongside classic Spanish bocadillos and ice-cold drinks. It’s a cosy spot with a story, and exactly the kind of place we love to support.
