Council of the Gathering

​Council of The Gathering
A call to those attending the gathering and who are willing to explore participation and service in the council and the online sessions leading up to the presential event. 

Purpose
The purpose of council existing in the gathering is to act as a social membrane, flexible for each and every person, group and tribe to communicate, be together at times in some alignment with how to communicate needs, desires, fears and heart-based expressions. Conflict exploration, wisdom seeking, peer mentoring and visioning are also practiced forms of council.

Pre-gathering Practice
In online sessions prior to the gathering, we are invited to learn together through the practice of the 5 essential guidelines, storytelling, being authentic, and build an inter-relational network, a co-operative culture of communication.

This will already function as a basic foundation for trust, in order to hold the field during the event for what necessarily comes up, wants to be co-created, celebrated and or needs attention. 
We enter in the multi-dimensional work of being collaborative humans in challenging times, all with our joys, dreams, loves and shadows, and here practice to be equipped with basic communication tools, tried and tested over millennia.

A Council inflight service card with simple instructions is available and downloadable for all, plus a dedicated page (foreseen) with some council info, guidelines etc on it.
