​This workshop introduces the core building blocks of large language models, following the path from raw text to attention. You’ll learn how text is tokenized, how tokens are converted into embeddings, why normalization matters, and how query, key, and value vectors are formed.

​By the end of the session, you’ll understand how an LLM begins processing text and how attention works at a practical level.
