Stop Being Stiff: A Practical Mobility Workshop for People Who Want to Move Better
A paid hands-on workshop led by Eryk, physiotherapist and movement specialist at EVOLVE Health Hub.
Most people feel stiff. They stretch occasionally, feel better for a day, and then go back to the same restrictions.
That is not a flexibility problem. It is a knowledge problem.
Mobility and flexibility are two of the most misunderstood areas in health and fitness. Most people either ignore them completely or do the wrong things inconsistently. The result is chronic tightness, poor posture, nagging pain, and a body that feels older than it should.
This workshop changes that.
In 90 minutes, Eryk will help you understand what is actually happening in your body, and give you a practical system to address it.
You will get:
A clear explanation of what mobility actually is, and why stretching alone is not enough
A live functional movement screening so you understand your personal starting point
Hands-on practice of the most effective mobility drills for everyday life
A home video routine you can follow independently after the session
A written protocol to keep making progress on your own
This is not a yoga class. It is a clinical approach to movement, built for anyone who sits too much, trains hard, or simply wants their body to feel capable for the decades ahead.
Your guide: Eryk is a physiotherapist and calisthenics specialist at EVOLVE Health Hub. Through years of clinical practice and movement education, he helps people understand the mechanics behind pain and discomfort, and build a practical plan to address them through the right physical activity. Whether you are recovering from injury, dealing with the effects of a sedentary lifestyle, or simply want to move with more control and confidence, Eryk meets you where you are. He will also teach you to do a handstand, if that is on your list.
