​In this session, Drew Bloom will offer a simple, 3-level framework for categorizing AI proficiency. Then, based on experience with internal and external AI enablement, he will explain some science behind right-sizing enablement based on proficiency and deliver a set of strategies for improving AI use within an organization. He'll also share an example of a facilitated activity, as well as an interactive tool he runs for large groups and organizations looking to promote AI use from top to bottom.
