Knitting for Beginners
Are you a beverage goblin? Are you annoyed by how cold your hand gets holding that iced latte in December?
Learn how to knit with Emily in this Knitting for Beginners session and walk away with a mug cozy (or a coozie) for your hot and cold bevvies.
In this class, you'll:
• Learn knitting basics—from the very beginning!
• Learn the garter stitch
• Learn how to finish your project and take home the rest of your skein of yarn and your needles to keep knitting.
About Your Instructor:
Emily H. @pinkartmachine is an experienced fiber arts teacher who loves helping others add color and creativity to everyday life!
HOW TO FIND US
Our studio is located at 21-07 41st Avenue. When you get to the building, please use the intercom to the left of the door to find The Collaboratory or 213 in the directory. We will answer your call and buzz you in remotely.
Once inside, you can take the elevator to Floor 2 and find us in Studio 213.
MASK REMINDER
The Collaboratory is a Masks Required space. 😷 We also run two air filters/purifiers during our gatherings. If you don't arrive with a mask, don't worry—we'll have them available at the door.
If you're not feeling well or have reason to believe you've been exposed to a viral illness, please consider staying home. Let's keep each other safe. 😷
REFUND POLICY
QNSC is unable to issue refunds. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket, tickets can be transferred to another person at the buyer's arrangement. If you have a special circumstance, please reach out to hello@queenscollaborative.com
