This April, join Our Studio Wellness for a 90-minute mind–body experience blending movement, mindful reflection, and a therapist-guided conversation centered on boundaries, emotional capacity, and learning to say no without guilt.

This all-in-one experience weaves together grounding movement, reflective conversation, mindfulness-based journaling, and guided meditation. Together, we’ll explore how to manage your energy more intentionally, create boundaries that feel protective (not punitive), and leave feeling more regulated and resourced.

Meditation & Reset
Begin with grounding breathwork to help you tune into your body, notice where you’re holding tension, and reconnect with your internal cues around rest and capacity.
Vinyasa Yoga
Led by Nicki Landau, this steady, supportive flow focuses on nervous system regulation, energy awareness, and releasing the pressure to push beyond your limits.
Therapist-Guided Conversation & Journaling
Led by Gianna LaLota, LMHC, LPC, of Mindful MHC this month’s reflection will explore:
Understanding emotional bandwidth and signs of depletion
Boundaries as a form of self-respect, not rejection
Language for saying no without over-explaining or apologizing
How to align your commitments with your actual capacity
Connection Session
