​Everyone's using Claude. Almost nobody is using half of it.

That mighe be true whether you opened your first chat last week or you've been living in Claude for a year. Most people type a question, get an answer, close the tab. Meanwhile Claude can organize your life through projects, learn your rules once and apply them forever, plug into the tools you already work in, and go run multi-step tasks while you make coffee.

Nobody's stuck at the pace of the room, it's for all levels. The material goes deep, and you take it as far as you want to. Beginners leave with closing the gaps in the fundamentals. Heavy users leave with the parts of Claude they'd heard of and never sat down to actually build.

- Understand what Claude actually is and how it really works: models, context, memory, and why the same prompt gives you different results
- Move past copy-paste prompting into intentional use, with Projects that carry your context for you
- Build your own Skills, so you teach Claude your voice, your rules and your process once instead of every time
- Connect Claude to your tools with MCPs, so it works where your work already lives
- Try Cowork: hand off a real multi-step task and watch it run
- Meet Claude Code, including what it's good for if you don't consider yourself technical
- Test, maybe break things, and compare notes with the room

As the founder of Gut Goddess, Rafaela builds daily with AI systems, tools, and workflows, increasingly focusing on how to design agents that support real-life needs. She turns these explorations into accessible frameworks, hands-on sessions, and live Labs that empower people to move from passive users to active builders.

With a background in communications, facilitation, and community-building, Rafaela creates spaces where technology feels approachable, experimentation is encouraged, and learning happens collectively.
