Claim it out loud: inner work & value proposition strategy for founders
From describing your work to claiming its value
Event Description
A workshop for founders who can say WHAT they do, but go quiet when it's time to say what they're worth.
You can explain what you do; you've said it a hundred times. It's the go-to sentence you keep ready, the one that fits neatly inside a networking intro and tells people the what and the how of your work. But whenever you put something in front of your audience: crickets.
Somewhere in all that editing, in trying to cover the what, the how and every feature of what you offer, the actual value got left out. It's there, but somewhere along the way, it just became safer, easier, to describe the work than to claim what the work is worth. You've edited it down until it sounds logical, but your audience isn't buying logic.
This session is about clearing what keeps you from claiming your value, and building the language to say it.
We'll spend our time together moving you from the surface-level "here's what I do" to the grounded, certain "this is the value I bring."
This workshop blends the inner work, which leaves you feeling confident, with the strategic work that helps you communicate the value you bring. We will kick off with the inner work, so you're operating from a state where you actually see your own worth. Then the strategic work, so you have clear, sayable language to put around it.
For aspiring, starting or established founders alike.
3 reasons that make your event unique / Why should people attend this program.
> Move from describing what you do to confidently claiming what it's worth, and watch how differently people respond.
> Walk out with your value statement written in your own words, ready to use.
> Build confidence you can return to, rather than a script you have to perform.
Facilitator/Speaker Bio
Natasha Lachapelle-Lampkin | Identity-Led Brand Strategy Coach & Communications Consultant, The Creative Republique
Drawing on my 13+ years of experience in brand communications and as a certified NLP Master Practitioner, I help female founders at two levels most brand work never reaches together. First, identity: clearing the comparison, the self-editing, and the old identities that keep your truest voice buried. Then, strategy: turning what surfaces into positioning, message, and words you can actually use. I do both, because inner work without the strategic action stays abstract, and strategy without the identity work crumbles under pressure.
