AI Night 3: HR, Recruitment & People
AI can take a lot of the writing and admin out of HR, but decisions about people should stay with people. This evening covers job descriptions, interview preparation, competency profiles and learning plans, plus how to recognise bias and know when professional judgement has to take over. You'll leave with one HR workflow that has checks and a clear approval step built in.
Who is this for:
Recruiters, HR professionals, talent acquisition teams, career advisers and people managers.
What to bring:
Your laptop and charger
One HR task you do regularly, like writing job profiles or preparing interviews
An existing job description or template you use (no real candidate or employee data please, we'll provide fictional profiles)
About AI Nights
Prosus x Equals AI Nights is a series of seven practical evenings for women who want to shape how AI changes their work, instead of waiting to see what happens. Research from the International Labour Organization shows women's jobs are more exposed to AI than men's. We see that as a reason for women to lead, not fall behind. Each night focuses on one field and brings together women who are curious, ambitious and ready to try something new. You'll learn from each other, build something real, and leave with an AI workflow you'll actually use the next day. The series ends with a Saturday Hackathon for Good, where women use what they've learned to help organisations that support other women. Small steps, taken together, add up to a future of work that works for us.
