Oil Painting Class - Live Model (Portraits)

​Calling all aspiring painters! Welcome to Artskool, a curated oil painting class hosted at an artists residence/studio space.

​🎨 In this 3 hour instructed oil painting class we'll be painting a portrait of a lovely live model. We'll go over composition, sketching, painting in layers, color mixing, and how to use all the materials provided. You'll also receive individual feedback and will be able to see a live demo of the process. I'll walk you through every step of the way!

​👩🏽‍🎨 You'll learn the techniques of the Renaissance Masters as we create our very own masterpieces in the style of traditional realism. This is a great way to learn how to use oil paints and can serve as a jumping off point to develop your own unique style.

​🖼️ By the end of our time together you'll have a beautiful painting to take home with you!

​🖌️ No experience necessary, all supplies are provided (including aprons!)
