About Event

May is peak migration season along the Pacific Flyway. Right now, hundreds of thousands of birds are traveling from South America to Alaska — burning just enough energy to make it to the next stop. Not more. Not less. They don't chase everything that moves. They read the conditions, conserve what matters, and move with intention.

Most of us have forgotten how to do that.

Chances are you are capable. You are driven. But you're exhausted.

We react to the next thing, optimize for the busiest day, treat every task as equally urgent. We move fast — but rarely with intention.

Birdwatchers know something that many of us have forgotten: the best observers don't just see the most birds. They notice how it is all connected; the trees, the insects, the habitat, and of course their relationship to us.

In this 60-minute workshop, Patrick Meeker will guide you through a framework drawn from product leadership and organizational strategy — applied directly to how you work, how you spend your energy, and how you define what success actually looks like.

What you'll walk away with:

→ A clearer read on your own patterns before you react to them

→ An honest map of where your energy actually goes — and what's quietly draining it

→ A personal "field guide" to your own work: three high-value roles to protect, three outcomes to own, and one weekly ritual for the mind, body, or spirit that moves the needle

This is not a goal-setting seminar. It's an act of observation — the kind that only happens when you slow down long enough to look.

This workshop is for professionals who are done mistaking busyness for progress.

By the end, you'll understand how clarity creates alignment — and how alignment creates forward momentum without the burnout.

One note: come ready to write. You'll leave with something real in your hands.

Patrick Meeker founded Feather Frameworks after years in product management and scaling digital operations. He saw the same pattern everywhere: talented people stuck not from lack of capability, but from lack of clarity.

Patrick is also an active member of the Golden Gate Birding Alliance, a graduate of the California Academy of Sciences' Master Birdwatching Program, and a Fellow with Climatebase — a climate-focused accelerator backing leaders who build and invest in climate solutions. He holds a Level 1 Life Coach Certification and is currently on the path to board certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Register for the in-person workshop. Seats are limited to keep the room small and the conversation real.
