概要
日本国内において、暗号資産に係る法整備が急速に進展しております。2025年12月10日に行われた金融審議会にて、暗号資産規制の根拠法をこれまでの資金決済法から金融商品取引法へ移行する方針が正式に決定され、また、制度が整えば数年以内にも現物暗号資産ETFが提供される見通しも示されております。
一方で、グローバルではBlackRock社のIBITを始めとするビットコインやイーサリアム等の暗号資産を用いた金融商品の組成、機関投資家による保有が既に進んでおります。
本カンファレンスでは、暗号資産に関連するグローバルの金融機関や機関投資家の動向に関して、北米にて暗号資産ETFやヘッジファンドソリューションを展開する「3iQ」、日本国内において暗号資産のカストディ、大口を含めた暗号資産の売買機会を提供している「コインチェック」、暗号資産のインカムゲインを創出するステーキングインフラ企業の「Next Finance Tech」の3社にてその知見をシェアさせて頂きます。

Introduction
In Japan, the regulatory framework surrounding crypto assets is advancing rapidly. At the Financial System Council meeting held on December 10, 2025, it was officially decided that the legal basis for crypto asset regulation will be transitioned from the Payment Services Act to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. Once the regulatory framework is fully established, spot crypto asset ETFs are expected to become available within the next few years.
Meanwhile, on a global scale, the development of crypto-related financial products—such as those utilizing Bitcoin and Ethereum, including BlackRock’s IBIT—and their adoption by institutional investors are already well underway.
At this conference, three companies will share their insights on global trends among financial institutions and institutional investors in the crypto asset space: 3iQ, which provides crypto asset ETFs and hedge fund solutions in North America; Coincheck, which provides crypto assets custody and trading opportunities—including large volume trading opportunities in Japan; and Next Finance Tech, a staking infrastructure company that generates income yield from crypto assets.
