Practical AI Meetup

Welcome to the biggest Practical AI Meetup in Athens, this time as part of Startup Greek Week 2026.

Join us for an evening about what AI can actually do today: real projects, real lessons, and practical ways to put it to work.

The talks

🛠️ From Prompt to Production: How We Built a Real Internal Tool with AI
Xenofon Vassis, Channel Revenue Operations Associate at Yodeck
Most teams use AI to write emails faster. Xenofon’s team used it to build software they rely on every day. He’ll share how he went from casual AI use to building YobIQ, an internal billing app for Yodeck’s Channel team, without a dedicated dev team. YobIQ calculates partner pricing and discounts, audits invoices line by line, reads deals from HubSpot and writes notes back through n8n.

🤖 Vibe Signage
Evryviadis Liapis, Front-end Developer at Yodeck
The story of building an agentic team that does hard, deterministic work with your own tools.

Each talk is up to 15 minutes. After the talks, stay for pizza, drinks and conversation with builders, founders and AI practitioners from the Athens tech community.
