About Event

The words we use MATTER. When it comes to migraine, the right language can open doors to better care, stronger support, and less stigma.

In this workshop, Bernadette Gorczyca, Ed.M. of @ChronicAccounts will take us on an exploration of how to talk about migraine in ways that are both medically accurate and personally empowering. You’ll learn strategies for describing symptoms to doctors with clarity, and discover gentle, practical approaches for navigating conversations with friends, family, and colleagues who may not fully “get it.”

Together, we’ll reframe the way we speak about migraine—because changing the conversation can change our collective experiences.
