Vision boarding workshop: design 2026 with neuroscience + creativity [in person]
I don't know about you, but I've always struggled with vision boards.
Firstly, I'm just not that visual, so I always felt anxious about how it looked.
I'd stress over which things to cut out, then worry about the aesthetics, and eventually end up not sticking anything down and going home with a blank piece of card and a bag full of magazine scraps.
But on a deeper level, I just never connected with the process.
I never felt ready. The sessions I've been to just dove straight into the creative, crafty bit without anything to get into the headspace of thinking about the future.
And thinking about the future can be hard.
I won't pretend to know what you year (or your life!) has looked like, but I'm willing to bet you struggle imagining success for yourself in any real way.
I was the same. But I still loved the ritual of vision boarding, so I kept digging to see if there was a way to make it work.
And as it turns out, there is some serious neuroscience behind the practice of envisioning your life in the near future.
This session is about bringing those two things together – the creativity of creating a physical board and the neuroscience behind envisioning your future.
There will be magazines for you to cut up (if you want to) but there will also be prompts and exercises to help you figure out what you really want for the next 12 months.
So what's included in this session?
🪩 Prompts and exercises to get you into the headspace of imagining what could be
🪩 Everything you need to create a physical vision board
🪩 Non-alcoholic drinks and nibbles (this is a sober event!)
About your facilitator
Your host and facilitator is Caitlin Rozario – it's me, I am she 👋
I've been obsessed with how to achieve big things without the adverse effects on our health and wellbeing since a life-changing allergic reaction 13 years ago left me temporarily blind and permanently visually impaired.
For the last five years I've been working with ambitious people and teams to make ambition and performance that bit more sustainable.
Designing and running workshops is what lights me up and so I'm absolutely buzzzzzzing to bring this workshop to life with you!
