In this session, we're joined by Tracy St.Dic (Global Head of Talent @ Zapier) & Michelle Coventry (VP Talent @ Creandum) for a session on measuring AI fluency
Tracy has built a fluency framework to assess candidates at Zapier
Michelle has built a framework to assess the fluency inside companies
We will share both frameworks and discuss practical steps for measuring AI fluency (including your own!)
