build fridays frankfurt - work on your startup alongside others (bring laptop)
from the crew that did the biggest AI hackathon in Germany:
this is the first build fridays Frankfurt.
every friday in Hamburg, founders and builders bring laptops, work on the thing they actually need to ship, show what moved, and talk through blockers.
now we are bringing that format to Frankfurt.
But first of all - we want to thank our sponsors for this event:
https://rivvers.de/frankfurt-am-main/ | Rivvers offering the Coworking space through Leo!
And https://cursor.com/ | Through Alex from our community
open door - come when you can.
what it is:
a bi-weekly gathering for people building startups. come work on your thing alongside others doing the same. network while you actually ship.
who comes:
anyone thinking about starting something → actively building → startup veterans. from first-time founders to serial entrepreneurs.
what happens:
build your product/project
demo what you shipped the last weeks talk through your blockers
get help when you’re stuck
meet other builders
agenda:
5pm - grab a seat and co-work
7pm - intros (30s each) - what you're building and biggest problem/blocker
until 11pm - co-work, mingle and help each other
why this matters:
Frankfurts startup scene needs less powerpoint and more product. forget business plans and financial projections.
inspired by silicon valley: build fast, break things, get users, iterate.
free.
just show up with your laptop ready to ship something.
one more thing:
we want build fridays Frankfurt to become a real weekly event.
if you want to help host it long-term and grow it through beavership (our Dam keeper programm), come talk to us.
