Join us for our new holistic health ritual — a powerful mix of community, breath, and cold exposure.
Icebathing is like the Swiss Army knife of health tools: it boosts cardiovascular function, strengthens your immune system, and builds mental resilience — all in just a few minutes of presence and courage.
We’ll start with a short breathwork session to prepare body and mind, then head into the cold together. After the dip, we’ll warm up with tea (as long as supplies last — feel free to bring your own too ☕️) and, if you’re up for it, check out a nearby café for another hot drink and some relaxed conversation.
