I further expressly agree that the foregoing release, waiver, and covenant not to sue is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State in which the event is conducted.
I further covenant and agree that for the consideration stated above, I will not sue SoftServe, Inc. and/or Stripe for any claim for damages arising or growing out of my participation in this event. I understand that the acceptance of this release and covenant not to sue SoftServe, Inc. and/or Stripe shall not constitute a waive in whole or in part, or any sovereign or official immunity which may be possessed by any of SoftServe, Inc. and/or Stripe.
