Warsaw Creative Club: Ukrainian Cooking Workshop: Varenyky, Wine & Good Company

​An evening of Ukrainian cooking, shared tables, and wine.

​What we're making:

• ​Borscht - we'll help prep it together, and then wait for it to be cooked whilst we prepare everything else

• ​Pampushki: warm, garlicky, and best eaten straight from the tray

• ​Cherry vareniki: soft, slightly sweet, and worth the sticky fingers

​This isn’t a polished masterclass, no pressure to get everything perfect.

​It’s slower than that, a bit messy, very hands-on, and built around the idea that cooking is better when you’re doing it with other people.

​We’ll sit down at the end and eat everything together, but first we make it.

​I’ll guide things, but this is as much about the atmosphere as it is the food.

​Expect shared boards, a bit of chaos around the dough, and the kind of conversations that only really happen when everyone’s doing something with their hands.

​Wine will be flowing throughout - nothing fancy, just something good enough to keep everything moving.

​Come hungry. We’ll earn the meal.
