Virtual workshop: Evals 101 for PMs

​In the first half of the session, we'll walk you through what evals are and why they matter for PMs. You'll learn the core building blocks of an eval, including datasets, tasks, scorers, and how they work together.

In the second half, we'll conduct a workshop to build and optimize a customer support AI chatbot. This will be a no-code workshop, as we'll be working only in the Braintrust UI. From there, we'll discuss what checks and tests you'd want in place before confidently shipping the AI feature.

You should walk away with a concrete understanding of how evals fit into the AI development workflow, and how to use them to improve AI-powered products.
