Life Rescue Basic How-To: Encountering unresponsive guests, epilepsy, allergic emergencies, and more. We will also share where medkits and heart debilitators are located in the tower.
Guest Mgmt: How to handle dangerous guests, crowd control, and rude guests.
Security and Event Risk Mgmt: Working with Tower security.
Fire and Disaster Emergency: Touring the Fire Escape route and Steps to take when: fire, flooding, and earthquake.
