From Idea to Prototype with AI
SVC Seoul is hosting an online program for its resident and membership companies, designed to help startups quickly turn their ideas into something tangible that can be shown to real customers by using AI and design-driven methodologies.
This is not just another session introducing AI tools.
It is a hands-on, practical program where startups will work with their own ideas, services, or products to develop market-testable concepts, prototypes, content, and customer messaging.
The program will be delivered in collaboration with Designpreneurs & Co., a New York-based organization that runs startup, design, and AI education programs. Together, we will explore how early-stage startups can design better products in the AI era, communicate their value to customers, and further develop their ideas from a global market perspective.

We will review how startups can better communicate their product value to international customers, investors, and partners.

2. US Market Readiness Clinic
Each selected company will receive a 30-minute online follow-up clinic with Sally Chung.
The clinic will provide customized feedback on the company’s product, service, prototype, and customer messaging from a US market perspective, including areas that may need further refinement before entering or testing the US market.

Sally Chung
Founder, Designpreneurs & Co.
Sally Chung is a founder, educator, and venture ecosystem builder based in New York City. She works at the intersection of AI, design, and entrepreneurship, helping startups and founders turn ideas into products, ventures, and real market opportunities.
She serves as an AI Advisor to Parsons School of Design’s Communication Design program and leads AI-driven design, prototyping, and venture-building programs through Designpreneurs & Co. in collaboration with startups, designers, and corporate partners.
Previously, Sally led experience design at BCG.X, co-founded the AI startup HelloAva, and has supported early-stage founders through various AI accelerator programs as a mentor and judge.
