About AI School
AI School is a structured, hands-on education program designed to turn executives, operators, founders, and creatives into AI-native leaders. Built by eMerge Americas and Miami AI Hub, it goes beyond theory and focuses on practical, enterprise-ready application of AI, from core concepts to real automations, working apps, and agentic workflows. Every phase is outcome-driven, with live demos, real use cases, and portfolio-grade deliverables rather than passive learning.
Led by Burhan Sebin, Chief AI Officer at eMerge Americas, with guest speakers from Google, Microsoft, UHealth, IBM,and high-growth scaleups and more and high-growth scaleups, among others, and high-growth scaleups throughout the program.
Curriculum Structure
Phase 1 · Beginner · AI Foundations Master the tools, prompts, workflows, and automations that make AI part of your everyday work, then build and ship your first app with no code.
Phase 2 · Advanced · AI Agents Mastery Advanced vibe-coding, AI agents and multi-agent systems, evals and observability, safety and guardrails, and shipping to production.

Goal
Graduate with a complete AI portfolio you built on your own real work: a tested prompt library, an AI-assisted workflow with measured time savings, a live automation running in your own accounts, and a working app you built yourself and can share with anyone.

8 sessions over 4 weeks (4 in person + 4 online) + Demo Day and Graduation

This Week in AI — a rapid recap of what just happened in AI and what it means for your work
Tool of the Week — one productivity tool you can use before you leave the room
Main lesson + hands-on lab — learn it, then build it on your own real work, same session
Speaker fireside — practitioners from leading AI companies and scaleups, in person and via live video
