​フィンランドのヘルシンキに小さな日本食堂をオープンしたサチエ。客が来ない日々が続く中、ひょんなことから出会った日本人女性ミドリ、そしてマサコが加わり、食堂は少しずつ動き出す。おにぎり、シナモンロール、コーヒー——ささやかな食卓を囲みながら、3人の日本人女性とフィンランドの人々の穏やかで温かな日常が静かに綴られていく。荻上直子監督が描く、何も起こらない、でも何かが満ちていく——そんな優しい時間。

​Sachie opens a small Japanese diner in Helsinki, Finland. No one comes. Then two other Japanese women — Midori, a free spirit who arrived almost by accident, and Masako, traveling to escape something she can't name — drift into her life and her kitchen. Together, over onigiri, cinnamon rolls, and carefully brewed coffee, the three women and the locals who slowly find them build something quiet and warm. Naoko Ogigami's gentle, beloved film about the grace of doing small things well, and the unexpected places where belonging takes root.
