About Event

The AI Lab Community Call:

A monthly gathering of CxOs shaping how their companies move on AI.

This is a closed-door conversation among peers, with trust at the heart of it. An honest conversation among the people actually making decisions, comparing notes on what's working, what isn't, and what they're wrestling with this month, in an ever-evolving landscape.

Who's in the room:

CEOs, presidents, and C-suite executives leading AI transformation inside their organizations. Open to The AI Lab Community Members exclusively.

What we're talking about this month:

Is SaaS dying?  Noise around the so-called SaaS-pocolypse has been brewing for some time now, buoyed by those vibecoding their own custom workflows and emphasized by rather dismal SaaS company performances in the market over the last six months. Yet when Salesforce recently announced “ClaudeForce”, bringing together Claude’s intuitive interface backed by Salesforce’s CRM data, the SaaS market appeared to immediately bounce back. What is going on?

One thing is clear: leaders are contemplating long-term investments of their SaaS stack, wondering: How does pricing and licensing work when we now have both an AI front-end coupled with a SaaS back-end? What are the governance and security implications we need to be aware of when generative AI is the default interface?  Should we just skip SaaS entirely - preserve budget - and vibecode our own custom solution? We’ll cover these questions, and more, so you are prepared for that next roadmap strategy meeting or that next vendor licensing discussion.

What to expect:

A focused discussion, guided by an AI Lab advisor and grounded in current research, the latest releases from frontier labs, and in-the-trenches experience. Real questions from members. Candid answers from people who've made the call before. Chatham House rules.

No hype. No jargon. Just practical strategy from leaders who’ve done it before.
